Xian Li is a multicultural creative executive and producer with over 15 years of experience in the global film and TV industry. With expertise in both domestic and international markets, Xian is passionate about identifying and elevating content with cultural specificities and global reach. Before founding Ideali Projects, Xian had extensive experience as a buyer - as Executive Vice President, Film & TV for SK Global Entertainment, and as Head of Asia for Twentieth Century Fox International. She has spearheaded development and production efforts for years, and has an intimate understanding of what studios want from producers. One of Xian’s greatest talents is identifying undervalued Intellectual Properties. Under her leadership, the companies have found IPs from around the world, and produced/financed over 40 award-winning and commercially successful projects. Xian also worked as an executive for Searchlight Pictures and Sony Pictures in Los Angeles. Born and raised in China, she is a proud alumna of Peking University and the University of Southern California.
