Under her leadership, Ideali Projects swiftly garnered acclaim for its innovative approach—producing content that has grossed tens of millions of dollars while significantly reducing traditional production costs.

Previously, Xian held leadership roles at top-tier Hollywood studios, including serving as Executive Vice President, Film & TV at SK Global Entertainment, and as Head of Asia at Twentieth Century Fox International. Her tenure at these companies was marked by a strong instinct for content that resonates worldwide and generates billions in returns.

Xian has also held executive roles at Searchlight Pictures and Sony Pictures in Los Angeles. Xian is a proud alum of Peking University and the University of Southern California.
